Our Story
Monarque Solutions was born at the intersection of leadership, caregiving, and transformation.
Founded by Cynthia Iorio, a Certified Caregiving Consultant (CCC) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Monarque Solutions exists to support the millions of professionals silently navigating the collision between career ambition and family caregiving responsibilities. After more than 20 years leading complex initiatives across the Media, Tech, and Aerospace sectors, Cynthia experienced firsthand how quickly life can shift when a loved one becomes critically ill.
While managing demanding leadership roles, she simultaneously navigated the terminal illnesses of both her parents—coordinating medical appointments, medications, hospital visits, difficult family conversations, and emotional overwhelm while attempting to maintain stability at work and at home. Like so many caregivers, she discovered that caregiving is not simply an emotional experience—it is also an operational one.
What began as personal survival evolved into a deeper mission. Monarque Solutions was created to bridge the gap between clinical care and the lived reality of caregiving. By combining strategic project management frameworks with compassionate, human-centered guidance, Monarque helps individuals, families, and organizations transform caregiving from chaos into a more supported, manageable path forward.

Cynthia believes that presence—not perfection—is our greatest gift, and that even in life’s most difficult seasons,there is meaning in where we are and what we are being called to navigate.
Through consulting, workshops, speaking engagements, leadership training, and AI-supported caregiving solutions, Monarque Solutions helps caregivers and employers reduce burnout, improve communication, strengthen support systems, and create sustainable strategies for navigating care responsibilities without losing themselves in the process.
