Our Story
Our founder Cynthia Iorio is a certified Project and Program Management Professional and Certified Care Consultant based in Montreal, QC with over 20 years experience. She's managed programs for financial institutions, healthcare facilities and utilities companies among others.

Her life has been shaped by what she calls the privilege of caring for both of her late parents through their unexpected illnesses which has given her a deep understanding of the sacrifices and triumphs of taking on an informal caregiving role.

Monarque Solutions is built on the pillars of Education, Mentorship and Storytelling and is dedicated to helping organizations seamlessly integrate caregivers in their benefits, wellness and leadership development programs while empowering professionals to embrace unplanned care responsibilities.
